Edmonds SkyTrain Station is approximately a 10-minute walk from the property, with the route taking you through a lovely nearby park.

From the station, the SkyTrain provides convenient connections throughout Burnaby, New Westminster, and Vancouver.

You can also reach the property by taxi, Uber, or Lyft. Simply provide the driver or app with the property address:

The drive from Vancouver International Airport is approximately 30 minutes, depending on traffic.

Official check-in time: 3:00 p.m.

1. Arrive at 6463 Clinton Street and park in front of the property.
2. Head up the stairs and follow the lit path along the left side of the house.
3. At the first smart lock, enter 1392, then press the Kwikset button above the keypad.
4. At the bottom of the stairs, use the same code on the second smart lock.
5. Please close the second door behind you. This helps with noise and privacy for both you and the upstairs residents.

Free street parking is available, and there are typically plenty of spaces.

If possible, please park directly in front of 6463 Clinton Street. Take care not to park in front of the neighbouring properties. Thank you for helping us remain considerate of our neighbours.

• Stovetop: The elements will not heat without a pot or pan in place.
• Exhaust and island lights: Use the remote kept under the mirror, and please return it there afterward.
• Microwave: It is inside the green cabinet. Pull it away from the wall, then push down on the back to access it.

The washer and dryer are located in the closet next to the washroom.

• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
• Please keep noise low after 9:00 p.m.
• Please be considerate of the residents upstairs.
• Close the second entrance door behind you to help maintain privacy and reduce noise.

Please load any used dishes into the dishwasher and start it before leaving.

Nothing else major is required—we’ll take care of the rest.
