Hi! We’re Cameron & Kirstin

We’re a husband and wife team that have been running a business centred around building, designing, buying, selling, staging, renovating, and renting real estate for nearly a decade. We both have an extensive background in hospitality and a knack and passion for making spaces beautiful and livable.

After having incredible success running our own short-term rental, we began to get calls from friends and relatives about helping them. In walking people through the set-up and running of their rentals, we realised that we had a huge wealth of knowledge and the complimentary skills to help guide others in this space. Perch was born. 

Since then we’ve slowly added to our team. We’ve been lucky enough to find people who share our passion for creating and maintaining wonderful short-term rentals. Every member or our team has a passion for the details that make us stand out from the crowd.
