The cleaning is paid for by the guests, separate from the nightly fee.

You can use your property as much or as little as you’d like. We put no restrictions on owner usage. You simply need to message us and the dates can be blocked for your usage.

In the rare case there is an issue, we’ll photograph it to document, message the guest and airbnb, and file a claim should it be required.

Depending on the wishes of you, the owner, we can limit who books to guests with a good track record (and reviews). We can also send an initial set of questions that give us a better idea of who the guest is and what they’re plans are.

Yes, even with Airbnb’s protection plan, it’s a good idea to talk to a broker about what extra coverage you’ll need. We can refer you to reliable companies that work in this industry.
