1Valet App Setup Guide

This building uses the 1Valet app for building access, elevator access, amenity access, and unit entry. Please complete setup before arriving so your check-in goes smoothly.

Before you start: Have your 6-digit activation code, the phone number connected to your reservation, and the 1Valet app downloaded to your phone.

Start in the app

Download and open the 1Valet app. On the welcome screen, tap “I’m new to 1Valet.”

Enter activation code

Enter the 6-digit activation code we send by text or through the booking platform.

Verify phone number

Enter the last 4 digits of the phone number connected to your 1Valet access, then tap Continue.

Use your email

Choose a username. We recommend using the same email address connected to your reservation whenever possible.

Create passcode

Create a simple 4-digit passcode. This is used to log in and access the app during your stay.

Finish setup

When you see the confirmation screen, tap OK. Your account should now be active.

Open Digital Fob

In the app, tap the Digital Fob tile. This opens the building, garage, elevator readers, amenities, and unit lock.

Hold near reader

Keep the app open and hold your phone flat against the door or elevator reader until it unlocks.

Tip: If it does not unlock right away, try holding your phone closer to the reader.
